Meet the Brewer – Jim Robesky: Since the brewery's opening in October 2019, he's been dedicating his weeks to bringing Quincy the best possible beers for palettes of all kinds. Before starting at QBCo, Jim brewed on his home brew system for nearly 30 years.

ARE WE PET FRIENDLY?  Yes. However, since we are an eating establishment, we kindly ask you take furry friends to The Garden please. 

CAN WE BRING IN OUR OWN FOOD? Absolutely! Bring in your own, order in or enjoy food from a truck in The Garden if there is one.
