Starlight Distillery is nestled on the Huber Family Farm in Borden, Indiana, just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Perched on the highest point in southern Indiana, this distillery offers a breathtaking view. This single barrel bourbon whiskey was selected on a warm August afternoon from over 5,000 barrels, a hidden gem discovered with the help of the master distiller. He guided us to one of his "honey holes" in the barrel house. Each barrel imparts its unique flavor, and this particular bottle, chosen by Wine On Broadway, is aged for 4 years, resulting in a well-balanced flavor profile. You'll notice notes of caramel with a long, satisfying finish. With a proof of 112.4, this robust and full-bodied whiskey is part of the "Rickhouse Select" series, known for its uniqueness.
